Judith Jacques Bio
Judith Jacques is a Social Impact Event Producer, PR & Marketing strategist, and community builder whose work transforms culture into platforms of empowerment. With over 20 years of experience in business development, communications, and large-scale event production, Judith has mastered the art of creating experiences that drive social, cultural, and economic impact.
Her career began in hospitality and event planning in 2003, but quickly evolved beyond weddings into purpose-driven productions and brand-building for minority-owned businesses. After St. John’s University, Judith expanded her early ventures into a full-service communications agency, sharpening her expertise in event production, public relations, and business growth strategy.
In 2012, she launched BLACK STREET, an umbrella organization that celebrates, educates, and empowers the Black community through high-profile platforms including the Black Celebration Awards, Black Women in Media (BWIM), and the Black Culinary Expo. These initiatives, along with new ventures slated for 2025 and 2026, have become national and international stages for amplifying Black excellence across industries.
Judith has produced celebrity-driven, global events and partnered with mainstream media outlets and Fortune 500 sponsors. She has honored cultural icons such as Dr. Bernice King, Deborah Cox, Isaiah Washington, Xscape, Tamron Hall, MC Lyte, and Yolanda Adams, cementing her reputation as a producer who merges prestige with purpose.
Her leadership has been recognized with numerous honors, including the Patricia Tobin Image Award from the NYC Mayor’s Office, a Certificate of Merit from the New York State Assembly, the Women of Distinction Award, and tributes from NYS Senators and civic organizations alike.
Beyond her platforms, Judith is committed to developing the next generation of Black leaders. Through the CCMG Institute, she is on a mission to coach and consult 100 Black professionals, equipping them with the tools to build sustainable businesses, master communications, and scale their impact.
She is also the founder of Black Women of Long Island and the Long Island Haitian Chamber of Commerce, two organizations dedicated to advancing cultural pride, entrepreneurship, and economic development.
Residing in Long Island, NY, Judith balances her life as a visionary entrepreneur, cultural strategist, a mother of three, and woman of faith. Her work continues to inspire, activate, and elevate communities across the globe.
